I specialise in strength training for men and women in the 30-60 age bracket. I believe strength training to be the best all-round exercise there is, with many health benefits.

It is a myth that older men (and women, although less so) can't build muscle or transform their physiques. I am living proof of this given I didn't start training till I was in my 40's.
